Glendale Springs NC in the majestic
Blue Ridge Mountains of Ashe County. Our
primary goal is to provide customers
with premium quality Fraser Fir,
Nordmann Fir and
White Pine Christmas trees. In addition
to trees, we sell Fraser Fir
Fresh Christmas Wreaths and White Pine
Christmas Garland that are handmade right here on the farm.
The quality of our products keeps customers coming back year after year,
sometimes driving several hundred miles
in order to reach the farm.

Choose and Cut Christmas Tree Farms allows you and your family to spend the day roaming the
Christmas tree fields in search of the perfect tree. With
the Select & Ship option, you can visit the farm anytime throughout the year and select a tree
to be shipped to you when you request during the holidays.

| Choose and Cut Opens November 18, 2023
Shady Rest Tree Farm will open for Choose and Cut on Saturday November 18th at 9am for our 29th season. With two locations and over 30,000 trees to choose from, finding the perfect tree will not be a problem. Mail order customers can purchase trees up to nine feet while trees up to 17 feet are available for Choose and Cut shoppers. Tree types include Fraser Fir, Nordmann Fir, Korean Fir, Concolor Fir, Turkish Fir, Canaan Fir, Colorado Blue Spruce and White Pine. We'll see you at the farm!
